A graduate in Chemistry from the University of Tulsa, has been emotionally and rationally been involved into his business for the past 35 years.
Diversification and growth are the two words he lives by which have contributed in making the Sudeep Group an ingredient solution provider for the pharmaceutical and food industries. He is known as the driving force behind the company’s broader vision to achieve it’s goals.
His role as MD is taken very passionately with the responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and strategically directing the organization to its summit.
Shanil Bhayani
Whole-Time Director
A Finance Graduate from Drexel University, USA, now an integral part of the Sudeep Group. As a Director of the company, he has brought new age ideas with well-defined diversity, contributing to the inspiration, change and growth of the business. His aim to accelerate sales with new products for pharmaceutical industries has proven to be rewarding, and with the launch of Sudeep Nutrition he desires to capitalise on the opportunity available in the nutrition ingredients market. His mission is to always make his team feel valued and empowered in order to contribute to the company’s success.
Samaresh Parida
Director
Samaresh Parida has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since September 13, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also an Associate Member of both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.With a distinguished career in finance, he brings with him a wealth of experience across diverse business environments. Prior to joining our Company, he served as a Director at Avesta Good Earth Foods Private Limited, where he contributed to strategic financial oversight and corporate governance.
Ajay Kandelkar
Whole-Time Director
Ajay Kandelkar currently oversees the Production, Engineering, Quality, and Stores functions at our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth and brings with him extensive experience in the food and nutraceuticals industry.Before joining our Company, Mr. Kandelkar held key leadership roles including General Manager – Operations at Food Service (India) Private Limited and Sudeep Nutrition Private Limited, and Senior General Manager – Operations at Drytech Processes (India) Private Limited.He joined our Company as Vice President – Operations on October 9, 2023, and was subsequently appointed as Whole-time Director, bringing valuable operational expertise and strategic insight to the leadership team.
